Is English speaking critical for success?

One of the top soft skills which have redefined professional success is spoken English. Parents are trying to start early to speak whatever little English possible with their young ones no matter what their local dialect is. Yes, of course mastery over any language is a must. But spoken English has redefined professional success. Many finishing schools are trying to give knowledge of soft skills in which business English is a must. How you say is becoming more important than what you say – is this true? Do you feel fluent spoken English will help you strike big on the career front?
